Re: Pro Wrestling Talk
MAIN EVENT: NWA Australian National Championship Match LADDER MATCH
Robby Heart (Champion) vs Hartley Jackson (Challenger)
The NWA Australian National Championship will literally be up for grabs, as it is suspended 15ft above the ring. To win the belt, both current champion Robby Heart and challenger ‘Jag’ Hartley Jackson will need to use a steel ladder. Both men will be battling it out for the most prestigious belt in the country, with Robby Heart being considered the underdog as he has never beaten Jackson in a one on one encounter.
GRUDGE MATCH: Hardcore Street Fight (Use of weapons legal, No DQ)
Jayson Cooper w/Channel 10's Mark Aiston vs Wreckin' Ball Wilson w/Benny English
In a match years in the making, Jayson Cooper will finally face off against Wreckin’ Ball Wilson in a HARDCORE STREET FIGHT. The match inside the ring is set to be an all out war, but you can also expect fireworks on the outside. NWA Liaison and media personality Mark Aiston will be in Cooper’s corner, whilst former Commissioner Benny English will be backing Wilson. Aiston and English have been at loggerheads since 2007 when they fought for control of the company.
TAG TEAM TOURNAMENT: Semi-Finals & Final
The Tag Team Tournament began at the start of the year, which included some of the best teams within Australia. Battling it out to earn a spot in the November finals series, many spectacular match ups and unforgettable bouts were contested. The Los Aztecs were obliterated by Hartley Jackson and Pitbull, The Fitness Maniacs and the Grahams had epic battles and we saw Pitbull and Hartley disqualified from the Tournament. Perhaps the biggest surprise of the tournament was the qualifying of the oddball pairing in Ryan ‘Bones’ Malone and Cletus Blood.
Semi-Final #1: The Graham Brothers vs AJ Istria & Damian Slater
Istria and Slater earned their spot in the semi finals for their performance at the Royal Adelaide Show. Being granted a wild card entry, both Slater and Istria are eager to get their hands on the Tag Tournament Cup. Already considered to be one of the hardest working tag teams in Australia, The Grahams are considered one of the strong favourites for the cup.
Semi-Final #2: The Fitness Maniacs vs Ryan ‘Bones’ Malone & Cletus Blood
The Fitness Maniacs have been a dominant tag team in Australia in recent times. Along with their colourful crowd antics, and wanting to spread the word about fitness, their athletic ability has been second to none. On the other end of the spectrum you have the ‘oddball pairing’ of Bones and Cletus. Being written off in every one of their matches, is it time for Cletus and Bones to finally shine and show Australia they have what it takes? Or will the Fitness Maniacs prove that their athletic ability is far superior to heart and determination?
FINALS: Winner of Semi #1 vs Winner of Semi #2
The winners of the Semi Final matches will face off for the inaugural NWA Pro Tag Team Championship Cup. Along with being recognised as the top tag team in Australia, the winners of the Championship Cup will also find themselves in contention for a shot at the NWA World Tag Team Championship in the future.
NWA PRO SINGLES MATCH: ‘Pitbull’ Craig Cole vs Ryan Rollins
Pitbull is bitter due to being suspended from the Tag Team Tournament at NWA Pro’s last event. He and Hartley Jackson were set in stone favourites to win, but after being caught cheating, both men were disqualified in participating. As Hartley went on to pursue the NWA Australian National Championship, it left Pitbull with only one course of action... to hurt as many people as possible. First on the list is NWA Pro newcomer and exciting high flier Ryan Rollins. In a classic case of David vs Goliath, who will be victorious at Thebarton Theatre.

Re: Pro Wrestling Talk
it was one of the best local shows i've ever seen, mighty eagles was there & i'm sure he will attest to this, the hardcore/streetfight & ladder matches were 'brutal' & while there was a lot of 'talking' throughout the show, the show itself moved quickly & it was a reasonable size crowd, hartley jackson (with the help of outside interference) defeated robby heart & thus becoming NWA australian champion..........................................for those interested in becoming involved in wrestling whether they be wrestlers, managers, referees etc etc log onto

hey mic, i'm not sure about your boys (the fitness maniacs)...perhaps you like them because they are in red

Re: Pro Wrestling Talk
Just saw this weeks RAW with the Miz as the man and The King of the Ring on free to air. I must say i was fairly impressed, especially after catching TNA this week. The Thanksgiving day dinner thing that went for 2 hous was just awful
I might have my weeks confused but im pretty sure the Nature Pensioner Main evented...AGAIN
Well done to Raw for offering something for nothing and a little variety in the Miz. I dont think hes Awesome but he deserves a chance to show what hes got. It seems now that TNA,s television show is becoming less content perhaps in an attempt to get its buy rates up. But i cant remember seeing any of my faves working hard on TV as of late.
Finally well done to the pasty white fella. Good to see a nice Irish boy as a King. Would have preferred JO-MO to get over but both would have been worthy winners.

MVP granted his release from the WWE...
Don't think it'll be too long, and he'll be in TNA.
WWE really dropped the ball with MVP, IMHO.
