crap and u know it

u know he had other reasons for quitting and was under the pump from the 'faithful' for a while. only a flag was going to save his job anyway. hard to keep 30 a graders happy

It was hard to keep 1 A Grader in particular happy during the final series, especially once he was dropped.
This certain player did not make himself unavailable for A grade selection as stated by their coach after the Grand Final, if the coach was honest enough you'll find this player wasn't good enough to make the side thats why he played B Grade.
This same player apparently had Hall in the headlock back at Shark Park later that night.
So all wasn't well with celebrations at Shark Park.
Now i know why he ( Hall ) chose not to go on.

unlike u to make things up NM

Biggest load of crap i've heard, very wishful thinking.
No way in the world would Gunning, McDowell, Jaques etc leave a club like $$Torrens Valley$$ for a club like Port Districts.
These guys would be on $1000-$1500 per game, do you think they'd leave for $150-$200   & then worry if they'll get it come the end of the year.
Unless someones won the lotto at Districts theres no chance these lads will all be suiting up in black & white next year.

watched one of TV's game this last season and if any of their player are worth [ as oppossed to getting ] $1000-1500 a game then someone [ who is paying that coin ] needs their head read.
they would get blown off the park by any decent side
any players coming back from that standard [ and their effort ] to D1 will get a big shock

benny gunning won the div2 medal a couple of years ago so not sure what TV your watching. all those blokes would hold their own in div1/div2.

but yes i agree no one on an amatuer level is worth that much.

was not taking anything away from these blokes ability, just saying they weren't worth the coin they are said to be getting. and the step up from what is Hills Country to D1 will take a while to adjust

We're in hell right now gentlemen. Believe me. And we can stay here, get the shit kicked out of us, or we can fight our way back into the light. We can climb outta hell... one inch at a time.

Why worry about points when the clubs rejected the idea last year and will only trial it for 3 years. Thats my understanding of it and although we all have to meet in november with the CFB, there would not be a club other than a handful (10 maybe) who would seriously even think of adopting it surely. Wont even get through so would not be worrying about points to much
