Brad, IMO, burns the ball more than any player I regularly watch. Appears to have the motor to be a midfield runner but just burns it too much.

C'mon Booney ;)

Kane Cornes burns the ball more than any other person in AFL history aside from Chris McDermott.

Another bargain I reckon.

Draft pick 86

That may prove to be one of the best trades in recent seasons for North Melbourne. Will be interesting to see how McKinley goes away from Subiaco, where he has a pretty good record, but for pick 86, that is a bargain.

Thats 2 trades in the past 12 months that are NO GOOD [Schmidt and now Tambling] and Adelaide wonder why they are struggling when BUMS like this will play fairly regularly ;) ;)

As for Gold Coast playing finals in 2011, please leave it alone or you'll go blind !!!!

I really think Tambling is a great pick up for the Crows, he will relish the structure that Craigy will give him. He was a high draft pick that went to a struggling team with MASSIVE expectations, and alot of pressure to perform, Richmond are a power of the AFL and their supporters expect alot of their players and i really think that took a tol on him. The indigenous boys especially the young ones are pretty shy guys so it will be good for Richie to come to Adelaide and start fresh amongst another group of guys the same age with the same amount of games under their belts.

CROWS PREMIERS 2011 ;)

Schmidt wasn't even traded to the crows he was delisted by the lions and come to westies and then was recruited by the crows as a rookie listed player 2 years ago not traded to the club 12 months ago   .

As a Hawthorn supporter I distinctly remember when the Hawks took Franklin when all the news suggested they were going to pick Tambling. I remember saying - what the hell are The Hawks doing - they knew what they were doing..

From AFL.com

86 - KRIS BARLOW (HAWTHORN)
Recruited from: Hawthorn (1998)
The defender edged out Trent Hotton (Carlton - 1999) and David Rodan (Port Adelaide - 2006) respectively, as Barlow's longevity produced 102 matches from 1999-04, after he spent 1997 on Hawthorn's supplementary list. Should Rodan's top form of 2007 continue, he will seriously challenge Barlow as the best No.86 pick in the coming seasons. Hotton was also handy for the Blues, where he played 61 of his 78 AFL matches.

Would say D-Rod is now the best no. 86 pick.

Correct he is no good. The only interest will be in which sanfl club he gets drafted to. He will be a handy sanfl player and would be suprised if he plays 6 games for crows this year.

They didn't have a choice, Tambling went four and buddy went with pick 5. Lets not forget that hawthorn still took roughead at three before buddy at 5. Imagine if buddy had gone to richmond, all the talk would have been on what a spud roughead was. The fact we are comparing a centre/ half back flanker with a 200cm chf is a waste of time imo anyways.

Tambling will have a breakout season in 2011.

He suffered under the coaching ineptitude of Terry Wallace from the beginning of his AFL career.

The move to the Crows will give him the confidence boost he desperately needs to bring his considerable talent to the fore on a consistent basis.
