As for Port taking on an outsider, i'd doubt it would happen but it should.
The reason why Port can't look outside the square is they are so far up themselves & self centred they can't stop living in the past.
Have a listen to Rucci & Dittmar on 5AA, they too have no f....n idea, these two moorons are as bad as their supporters who don't want the best for the club. they have an opinion of someone based on their supporters feelings not the knowledge or experience the person has.
Yes you ferral Port supporters i'm talking about Matthew Knights, he should be given a chance to assist Matthew Primus in the year 2011..
You ferrals ( who dislike Knights ) have never given an outsider the support or opportunity in which to give your club some ideas from OUTSIDE the club to go forward, Its something i think you need big time as what your club has been playing on is nothing short of in THE PAST CREED FOOTBALL.
If only the Port Magpies took onboard the new structures & game plan ( when Knights was in charge ) they may well be in a better position than where they are today but no they didn't want to change coz they thought they didn't have to (their game was invincible ) Well it shows the Port Magpies keep going backwards & the Power hav'nt gone forwards so i'll leave it to the brains trust to decide.

I stand by what i've stated, yes.

This year i've seen a bigger improvement in playing youth, its only a matter of time for these youngsters to gain more confidence & ability, unfortunately its a bit of pain to go with it, Tony Bamford's doing a good job at present & will get the rewards very soon.
It sh!ts me to read the crap X Runna writes about Matty Knights, when its proven with the shortage of $$$ the Magpies have had over the years its proved costly, so if you havn't got it ( $$$$ ) you go with youth & that takes time.
Back when Jack was recalled the $$$$ were somehow available & spent, he got what he wanted & the club got a prelim final.
X Runna, Knights wasn't given the same luxury.

They have to play youth and rebuild, it's the only way they can improve and get back to where they were. Thank God they haven't imploded.
