Norths colours have always been the dark red, similar to the Prospect Cricket club and the Prospect City Council. Unfortunately when colour TV was introduced, North had to change the shade of red in the guernsey to a brighter colour, the darker red was supposed to bleed too much on TV. Fitzroy at the same time had to change their jumper from maroon to a much brighter red. I wondered how they could continue to call themselves the maroons.

Yes. There's more to football than your own team.

Mrs Dogwatcher and I went to sign on again on Sunday, as a Chrissie present to each other, but the membership office was closed.
So, I guess our Christmas present will be paid for later this week.

Proud Passionate Paid Up.

Postby sturtpeter » Sun Dec 31, 2006 11:07 am

Upgraded my 2007 Membership after I overcame the initial shock of our horrific Financial Performance in 2006.

There's only one way for the Double Blues both on and off field and that's UP. :) :) :)

2007 will bring Sturt back to where it should be in the SANFL.

Get on board and enjoy our Renaissance.
Avid Sturt supporter and SANFL fanatic.
