Still figuring you'll finish "well ahead" of Port on the ladder?

No, but what makes me warm and fuzzy on the inside is that my club will always be top dog in this state and yours will always be the 'other team' that crawls on its hands and knees to the SANFL and AFL for a hand out. ;)

You're in top form but so are the chardies. Maybe Ratts will call if you survive the relegation final.

This weekend doesn't look promising for either the Crows or the Power, and North could be a risk for Norwood.
I'm not relying on it being a great footy weekend for me.

Norwood surprised me and relieved the pressure.
I haven't been following the local footy like I did when I lived in the Hahndorf region, but my connections there are building up again.
I remember going to Terry Sanso's Pizza place with the bunting all over town back then.

My 8 year old daughter said to me after the Showdown loss, 'Dad, how can we beat the best team, but lose to the worst ?'

I have brain-washed her beautifully... ;)

Do Port fans still think they will play in the Finals this year or did that embarrassing flogging finally end those hopes?

Not sure who said we were going to play finals. Geez, loose 9 in a row or for that matter 6 in a row to start the year and finals are merely a pipe dream.
