Sorry for the delay chaps...lost the interweb for nearly 24hrs...isp company's upgrade to their broadband caused our phone exchange to go grossen kaputen....hopefully the elves now fixed it overnight.

OK the photo...not Switzerland, not Scandinavia and not Holland.

Ignore the kids they just happened to run into shot as I took the pic, no idea who they are.

Clue...the cows were all over the city and it was 2004

Clue 2 is more suited for crossword fans...
