Here's one where you've all probably seen it even if you haven't been there

Further clues if necessary.

sick night. 80k there in the rio vs sao paulo derby.
the brazillian ronaldo was playing, he was a bit old and slow though
Wow! Seeing the fat Ronaldo play would have been magic. Old and slow - who cares!! He's one of the greatest players in history. I'm bloody jealous!

I think nearly everyone would have seen it before, but not noticed
Think Rose.

It's the mansion on the front of the Mateus Rose bottles. Casa Mateus,at Vila Real in Portugal. If no-one has put up a new one, I'll make it an easier one tonight.

No and no. First hint: Roman ruins outside of Europe (probably doesn't help that much).

Winner, winner, chicken dinner!
No JAS, didn't get to Libya. I don't even reckon the borders are open - happy to have given it a miss.

My mates exhubby used to work over there. Definitely possible to get there these days...I was considering it before I settled on Jordan. There's a fair bit of red tape to get a visa and you must be part of a tour group with a company they recognise as legit. Veterans groups go every year for memorials at Tobruk and a few other places.

Gutted that my tour didn't take in those ruins in Morocco!
On Libya - you're right JAS, you can go, but it's tough to get in and best to be VERY well behaved if you do.
I'd love to go to Tobruk. My Grandpa was a Rat of Tobruk and fought there during some of the heaviest German bombardments. I'd love to go and see what they were up against conditions-wise.
Apparently, Libya has the best preserved Roman ruins (outside of Rome) in the world.
