Feldstead's State of Origin Team

Postby Drop Bear » Mon May 31, 2010 10:48 am

Did anyone else see Jesper Feldstead's State of Origin team in the Sunday Mail? He had Justin Westhoff as Centre Half Forward. Before anyone starts on me, I know it's his opinion but he must be taking the piss. I mean this is supposed to be a team that represents SA's best of the best. As a football journalist, surely his credability has to take a hit over that!

Yep, first thing I spotted was that was by Falsted, so I turned the page. Was most probably picked by throwing darts at pieces of paper with names on it.
Let that be a lesson to you Port, no one beats the Bays five times in a row in a GF and gets away with it!!!

On this years form I wouldn't be putting Pearce in that side either.

Be interesting to see the options, but there is no doubt it would be Pavlich at CHF and someone to fill the FF role that can, anyone.

Cant remember the side, but maybe Brad Ottens could have filled that spot at FF and Pav at CHF before Westhoff getting a gig?

I would have Tredrea (even in his state now, injured) before Westhoff!

Haha, exactly. I'd even consider recalling Scott Cummings to fill the FF spot.

can someone post his side, i can't find it.

Geezus, that side would get flogged by most AFL teams let alone a Vic State of Origin side.
I'd back Geelong 61 plus against that side.
