Most loved opposition Player

Talk on the national game

No contest for me. Chris Judd, then a fair degree of daylight. One of the best I've ever seen at any level, and that includes the likes of Wayne Carey, Gary Ablett Snr, Stephen Kernahan etc at their peak.

Jonathan Brown after that, then in no real order Brent Stanton, Sam Mitchell, Josh Drummond, David Rodan, Matt Priddis (I know he burns it also, but his workrate is inspirational)
Can you guess where I'm calling from, the Las Vegas Hilton...

Always like watching the no-fuss-type player - J Brown, B Kirk, M Hahn, M Rooke, players in that mould. Tough, get the job done and not worried about any other crap.

Unfortunately the crop of current day robots does not do a lot for me. They all say the same..yeah no yeah, the team did well and we respect the opposition...whah whah whah.
Once upon a time there was room for individuality within the team rules, both as players and spokesmen.
Be nice to hear A player or coach say ..if we don't win this week, I will do something outrageous.

Personalities...where are they

the blokes I used to love to watch
Bruce the flying dormat Doulle
Carl Dittereich
Crackers Keenhan
Dermott Brereton
Mark Jacko Jackson
Sunday arvo highlight was the swans and their cheerleaders and Capper. Capper a fair dinkum dropkick but entertaining.
Lockett, Bernie Quinlan...the list goes on.

Josh Drummond- One of the best kicks in the game, Just wish he didn't get injured as much
Brain Lake- Had 41 touches and 22 marks on the weekend, just amazing.
Jack Grimes- A star in the making
Matthew Scarlett- Absolute gun
Heath Shaw- Gotta love a running defender that wears Black and White
Danial Rich- I love this guy ,one of the best young players in the game. His kicking is just unreal.
Jason Porplyzia- He has it all, strong, tough, great above his head and on the ground. One of the best small forwards he the game.
Brad Sewell- Workhorse that ozzes toughness, love him.

I agree. One of the hardest players in the game. Always throwing shepherds and backing into packs.

Judd, J.Selwood and big Bazza.

i remember the year that riewoldt took his running back with the flight mark at the scg, bartel took a better one running back into a pack. riewoldt's gets shown constantly but bertel's is about 1 000 000 times better
