I was not surprised by the result.
We should have scored there at the end but clearly man City are well advanced over a club and side in a rebuilding phase .

i hope we can get a draw next weekend against Chelsea away at a ground we dont normally fair well at at any time . Or we could be 2 losses already .

Liverpool look dangerous yes also. Whats the go with West ham they were tipped to be improved this season ?

I’ve got West Ham near the bottom, can’t see how they are any better than that

Give us time we will be fine. Arguably the toughest ask in the EPL at the moment is Liverpool away. 5 new players in their first game for the club.

We won our first corner and no one went to take the corner because they didn't know who our corner taker is.

I think Man city playing them at any ground would be the hardest

Their next 7 games is against promoted teams and last seasons promoted teams. I expect them to be all wins and miles away from second place by round 10
But i guess we can do away with lets be honest 2 difficult games to start the season as next up is chelsea away , a ground we tend to be embarrassed. Hopefully history repeats as the chavs dont play too well at home first up from memory

What about your terrible lack of marking for our 3rd goal.... not a defender within 5 meters Manè [emoji23]

Wasn’t the third the one where Mane was a metre offside! You don’t mark blokes off side.

Just added to the frustration. Didn’t affect the result at all but killed off the game.

6 week delay on a £400M piece of infrastructure is hardly a big deal

Its been built a lot quicker than Emirates.
And its virtually ready, just a lot of red tape to get through.
Big couple of months for Spurs, already won a trophy and now they're off to Wembley too! :P

That's because Highbury is a block of flats these days and not a stadium [emoji6]

It was originally forecast to be completed by August 2018 for the commencement of the season, but that got pushed out to 15 September and now another 6 weeks. Three games have been transferred to Wembley. Spurs v Liverpool, Spurs v Fulham and the NFL game. Possibly a fourth, if Spurs first Champions League game is home. No big deal.
