Nathan miller ran a 10.25 and i think stewy ran 10.30 out at the shoe.

Heard Nath has been gunning it lately, well done to the fella! Good to watch him with those rugby tackles too

Apparently with marion aswell the karoonda adelaide boys are suppose to be training with them too, soo good numbers it looks like! :)

The Seniors will kick off official preseason training on Tuesday the 27th of January at 6.15pm for a 6.30pm start. Training's will take place at Flagstaff Hill F.C and will continue Tuesday and Thursday nights until the start of the season. All new players are welcome, so spread the word and get your mates out to play football at the Flagstaff Hill Football Club.

Steve Green will lead the A Grade for the second season, while Andrew Fraser will be in charge of the B Grade for the 3rd year running. John Ramage will be coaching the Under 18's again, as well as assisting with the A Grade.

that for a 3km or 3.2km? Think we've been doing 3.2km for our warm up and time trials.

i think you'll find we'd be pushin 3.4 backy unless me speedo is out but i'm feelin every step of it, and who doesn't like to embelish on the length a bit! :lol:

That is a fair run there wouldn't be many blokes running times like that at SANFL level or even AFL level.

By some of the times being stated on here, i reckon people may need to remeasure their distances. Im sure some times may well be legit but some of those times are very quick!

Boys will have a quick skills session under the sprinklers. Thursday back to the beach
