Should Essendon be allowed to put him on a 'mature-age' rook

I have a lot of respect for Rama but I don't think you can change rules mid-stream

why can the Bombers list him as a long term injury, promote a player from the rookie list, wouldn't this be a cleaner option and stil a win for both the club and player

I would actually like to see 1 older player being able to be put on a supp/rookie list per club !!!
