Therefore, he figures (as do I ) that Geelong have no real threats this year, bar themselves and a few rushed behinds*.

Right you are! Damn split round always gets me as my fixture at work doesn't have dates on it!
Well that was a waste of a conversation, thanks for putting me/us straight!

for starters, Judd, Gibbs, stevens and Murphy VS Ablett, Bartel, Ling, Corey and Kelly. and Scarlett vs FevalenkoBooney wrote:the joker wrote:

Why? A tired young outfit at the end of a long season up against a side prepping itself to take the flag they missed out on last year. Murder I tell ya, murder.

Everyone is talking about the Saints Vs Cats game,
But i am looking forward to the Cats Vs Blues game in round 19.

" Potential match ups"
Judd V Ling - Great match up
Gibbs V Bartel - Bartel....
Stevens V Corey - Corey...
Murphy V Ablett - Ablett.....
Fevola V Scarlett - Who the Fev knows
Dont get me wrong, I rate the Blues young mid field but come 3 weeks from finals I think the Blues could be well placed in the bottom half of the 8 and the Geelong juggernaut will be flying...I agree it could be a good match up but the Blues are vulnerable at the back and Geelong IMO will carve them a new one.
