I agree, wouldn't be a huge threat in the SANFL this year if he made a comeback.

I would strongly disagree gents.
I am not for one minute suggesting he will play but if he did he would be extremely handy both in the ruck and in a KP. He has had trouble with his back but we must all remember he was training full time in the AFL and that wouldn't have helped the cause. The guy is only 31 yo, is built like a brick outhouse and has a great footy brain. He has a rowing background and as such his natural fitness and ability is terrific.
He would need to be managed carefully and IF he did play it would take a little while to get back to near his best, but rest assured, he would make a very big impact on Sturt and the SANFL, particularly around September (not that followers of South or Port would need to be concerned there).
If I were an opposition supporter I would rather he just coached!

from memory, i think he played more in a kp than he did in ruck (i did say from memory)
