Oh G,

You can never be satisfied can you mate

If I started an individual thread for Wicksey and Whiteman, you'd be on there saying what a waste of a thread. Seeing as though bayman's thread was for Paul Sherwood but didn't specificy this in the title, I thought it was easier to just put any other retired players on this thread.

And no, I don't necessarily think that if a player has played just 50 games the are GREAT (unless they played for Centrals) I mean, I thought Bamford, Wintle, Ivens, Ladhams and Motlop were just okay and they all played more than 50 games in the SANFL

premiership player and an absolute star on the wing, played awesome last year and will be a huge loss if leaving.

:)

As Jimmy said, to Sturt fans he was a great player for the club and I reckon North fans would have been happy for him to play out the same kind of career in a Roosters jumper, especially if it included being a premiership player

So there...

Hey Big Phil I agree completely with your assessment of the North players but all of those named would buy and sell Wicks as a footballer. ;)
At best I begrudgingly agree with "kookas" statement.

One Bamford equals about three Wicks is the current going rate I believe.

You can say what you like but Wicks has more SANFL premiership medals than Wintle, Ladhams, Ivens and Bamford all put together.
