Some debate as to one delivery in the over of 28 -> was smashed to cow and dropped by a fielder very close the boundary and declared 4 by the ump, although some thought it was 6 which would have made it 30 for the over, breaking a few other records..

he hit me for 30 in an over, 5 sixes for the over, would have been 6 but missed the 3rd ball!
they were huge sixes aswell, on there main oval out the back, he was hitting them over the trees that line the fence!
killed my figures that day, if you didnt know that over, would still be not bad bowling though
I had 3/26 off 12 and finished the day with 3/56 off 13 overs!

Jack played A2 turf last couple of years for SHOC. Very sharp bowler and still hits them a very long way! Took about 20 wickts and 200 runs from about 8 games this year.

Its a pretty sorry state out there...the club as a whole only won its first game ( i think in the b's) 2 weeks ago.

Balding hit 157 off something ridiculous like 58 balls last weekend which included 16 6's. At the time he came in at 11 Fitzroy was 9/130 chasing 210...
