In true MacGvyer fashion, said device can then be used to rescue people stuck in a 30 metre cavern, at which point the Old English sheepdog half can launch the second half of the rescue.

After three attempts and being told she's with other customers I finally get a girl who offers to help and tells me all they wanted was to know if I wanted to pop in for a customer review.
