Good Afternoon,

I'm writing this email as a very frustrated punter and behalf of many more. I signed up with Sportsbet as I had heard many good things and have a keen interest on the Jockey Challenges in particular.

I have noticed that of late, in particular this morning, your service with getting these markets up in a timely matter, or all together has become terrible.

This morning for instance the Colac JC market was uploaded with 3 minutes before the first race. Unreasonable to expect someone to see this and put on a bet in this time. The other meetings were only 10 minutes before starting times which is by no means acceptable either.
Then to finish off we were promised an Ipswich market within 30 minutes via a phone call. This market was never formed or posted.

I would like to be made clear what your intentions are in the future with Jockey Challenges. Will they be conducted daily and in a timely matter or is it worthwhile me (and many others fed up) taking our business elsewhere?

Look forward to your response,

Hoping that whips em into gear and they can post them on time for once

Nice work Moppy, I'd just fired them off an email too ... Sadly I have done so on several occasions before (almost identical to your email) and they've always responded with what we've wanted to hear, but it hasn't translated to sustained service.

Yeah I'm not really interested in the free bet, more an upgrade in service.

One day could translate into a big loss!!

Pretty good result, although would be nice to see Windscreen start missing the points.

Robinson picks up Reith's ride in the next at Mussy.

I'm on them both so not sure how to feel about that.

Buckley + Robinson in it at Mussy. Robbo big show!
Thurlow a big chance at Grafton.

However, Scriven gone.
