And yet Purch, South were first to the ball ALL day thus all those warranted frees. Yes Blue and White I was at the game and no I'm not a stats man, was really just trying to work out what the idea that South was first to the ball was based on.....still haven't.

I think I preferred it when South supporters rarely came on here and spruiked owing to the embarrasing board & administration and of course their teams often dismal displays....

Win a couple of games and push last years Grand Finalist to a close loss at Unley and all of a sudden the cocky buggers think they know it all ;)

Final score at Unley on Saturday (for those that have almost forgotten):

Sturt 15.8.98
South 12.9.81

Enough said.

I think the Sturt folk need to lay off a bit, South have come from years of embarrasment, with an unstable board, and more off field drama's than one could poke a stick at.. They now have a new coach, who has cleaned out the board, they have more premiership points in 2010 from 7 games than they did in 2009 from 20, adn they have pushed the reigning GF's twice within the space of 2 months.. If that isnt progression than im not quite sure what is?

Sturt on the other hand, have been inconsistent at best this season. A great win over Central, has been coupled with a smacking at the hands of the Eagles and Norwood. There wins in 2 tight tussles against South and an also inconsistent Glenelg have been far from convinving..

The SANFL this year is as tight as ever, with any team capable of beating any other on any given day.. Its a really exciting competition and I think we should be giving credit rather than slagging off opposition.. If you think South are a no different unit in 2010 than they were in 2009 and previously, then your deluded..

The umpires for the record, have been sub-par all year in all games I have seen. I think they are over-umpiring to the point they are confusing themselves, and in turn the players and spectators. The more they let go in my opinion, the better, we dont want it to become over-officiated netball like the AFL has become..

Must have been a different Sturt v Glenelg game that I witnessed? The one I saw resulted in a comfortable 39 point victory that frankly flattered Glenelg.....

Everyone who follows the SANFL knows Sturt has been struggling. We appear slow and at times disinterested. I am sure we will improve and be competitive enough to challenge for a top 3 position.

I am the first person to question Umpiring decisions, however, when you are playing with a lack of confidence and are often second to the ball the free often goes to the opposition.

I hope we can regain our best form on Saturday and record a convincing victory.

Bit like how Sturt supporters have become whinging, paranoid people that think the umpires have a conspiracy against them!!! ;)

Mate if you want to see it like that then cookies for you. In the end Sturt have had 2 games in a row where we've been on the wrong side of some very bad umpiring, supporters are going to get irritated and annoyed, simple.
The only person mentioning conspiracies is you
