Meeting went well, but bloody late, and yes Cove were on the Agenda as they have been liasing with our association for approx 8 weeks. They will have a representative at the next executive meeting and we will be discussing how they will join our comp not if they will join our comp.

It seems as if you are quite synical about Cove withthe amount of teams they have, but whatever they are doing seems to be working with three A Grade flags in a row. Do you have some sort of personal agenda going here?

Not having won one myself i wouldnt know, but i would assume that you would be required to string together a number of wins throughout the season before even contemplating a premiership, or did they just scratch a team together on the morning of the GF?

I believe Cove are wanting to have 3 sides in ASCA. Sounds a little different to the picture that you are painting down there Shoe Boy or are they being very optimistic?

I would say based on the past few years VERY optimistic!

How many sides were in the A grade comp last year SB?

Then you had F/Hill in B/C
Internationals B/C
Reynella and H/Valley in all junior grades.

So if Cove go and you have 4 play finals then the team who "wins" the wooden spoon has only just missed the finals. That sounds farcical and surely you can't run a comp with 5 sides, hell it must have been bad enough with only a 6 side comp.

As long as your playing the game!!! I still feel the best comp I played in was in our backyard with my brothers and mates! Sheep stations

Just wondering how can a team be a rabble and have won the last 3 grand finals in a row. OK so cove lost a few games last season but still won the flag. Are you a little bit envious of the talent and bond that the cove team have between each other.

apparently you only have to win one game to be premiers... good work by cove by only winning 3 games in 3 years....
someones a little jealous i reckon.... i guess the brisbane lions were pretty average side aswell....
