at the start of the season points get ratified by RFL and if need be SANFL, with footy web they appear on the team sheet so its there for all in sundry to see, remember gents an under 18 is minus 1.

Waikerie overcam Loxton by about 20 points. A little closer than what i thought.

Berri defeated Loxton North by about 40 points. looked good in the second half after a sloppy first half.
Barmera thrashed Renmark by 100. No surprise.

Berri much better in second half.
I will give him his dues, Pearson was fantastic.
Pumpa copped a bit from supporters (yes, I was standing near them but not one of them).
However, he seemed a lot more disciplined than what we had been led to expect.
North again threaten but then skill errors let them down.

North's B grade won.
Berri colts up.

Looked for you on the sidelines but couldn't see you BC, still owe you a beer.

Going by the sporting pulse website Cobby got up comfortably over Paringa which is surprising! Also last years Granny must seem so far away for Renmark. Another belting! Berri v Barmera next round will be a belter!

I'm not up with how the points system works but honestly, If it allows that many travelling players, whats the point of having one at all? :?

So many comment over the teams and their points and openly admit they don't know a lot about it.I found it all on the SANFL-cfl website under the apps.

By looking at this I would think Barmera are Ok. Heard Berri got excemptions for a couple of players maybe this should be looked into

Berri coach copped a bit as well, the crowd didnt have much to say after half time though. North served it up to ladder leaders in the first half when Pickles gets back and maybe Williams Loxton North will threaten a few sides.

I kept quiet when the boys were ragging on Rod.
Not a smart thing to do, riling up Rod.
Don't need to give him any more ammunition than he already has.
Although, I will admit, some of the comments were funny.

Mick and Wendy would have looked at it. Are you suggesting that Mick Beech is corrupt???
Most people would give him a pat on the back for his efforts at RFL :?

Points system is very transparent. Doesnt matter how many total points your entire playing group amount to, as long as the team on the field does not exceed your allocated total you are fine and this is very easy to check. Doesnt look like anyone is making any specific allegations about any specific games. Those posters that are gunning for Barmera-Monash along this line, why not check up on points fielded or is it a bit easier to sit back and have a cheap crack,

i concur. its easy enough to figure it out if you sit down with the team list/budget. instead of slagging off without doing any research sit down do your sums then slag off.

Its not that hard to work out really

Smart (3 points)
Smitham (3 points)
Maddern (3 points)
Perry (3 points)
Puecker (1 point) I think, he hasn't played for a couple years, so you lose a point for every year
Lynch (0 or 1 point) hasn't played for a couple years and played at barmera previously, think there was some kind of exemption made because of this
Hughes (0 or 2 points) He may have some kind of exemption, not exactly sure, if not 2 points.

so thats max of 16, and you get -1 for every U/18 you play. I think Barmera had 4 that played on the weekend.
