To date I havent found too much of Steve Smith's bowling worth getting excited about, but the ball he got Pollard stumped this morning was a gem.

To be fair it would be hard for a young leggie to have a big impact in T20 on the international scene, he'd have to be properly assessed in test cricket.

Distinct lack of interest from the media shows that unless T20 is in your backyard it has no entertainment value whatsoever.

Man of the series will have 200 runs @ 20odd or something like that. :roll:

Agree completely. It doesn't translate well to the International format IMO. The only times I've gotten any joy out of the game is at the local Big Bash games with my boy or a couple of mates.

Neither = cricket. :axe:

England coasting into the final. Hopefully the Aussies get over the line tomorrow night so they can go on and plant a nice little seed of doubt in Pommy minds (not that it really needs planting :P) ahead of the Ashes on our turf.

How much prize money is up for grabs in this thing?

Oh, and I'd just like to say that the English commentators tonight have been a disgrace. You'd think they would at least make a vague effort to look like they're calling the game, rather than outright barracking.

The Indian commentators were just as bad for Australia's Super 8's game against India.
