Yeah, thanks to not having a bye yet, with an uneven amount of games having been played you can get a better feeling of where they are by seeing where their percentage is compared to the other clubs.

Went to the game yesterday and it was a Grand Day Out.

First quarter was a bit scrappy with some skill errors from both teams, including several kicks into the man on the mark by Centrals players.

Centrals increased their dominance in the second and third quarters and the final quarter, well, the score says it all! :D

Managed to scam our way briefly into the Centrals rooms after the game to see/listen to the players singing the song before being kicked out.

QUOTE FROM WEDGIE ON THE ROOST

Mots got my vote for our 2nd best, at least he showed some passion unlike about 18 others, poor bugger must have wondered WTF is up wih our club.
Good on him for ramming a Dogs players head into the fence, they've been dishing that sort of shit up for 10 years, pity the only person who will give it back is a Power player.
Well done to the North fans that went into help him too as the players nearby were weak as piss and ran away in their tutus not even managing to kick a goal when having 4 more players in the field of play.

UMMM i thought u seen nothing happen Wedgie!!!!

I quite clearly said earlier in this thread I was 30cm to 5 metres away from the incident and gave a summary of Weslos performance from an eyewitnesses view.

I was at the game Mal with a few mates who sometimes post on this site. We all signed the visitors book and made cheeky comments (we were pretty young).
We used to be good :-(

My grandparents were there Mal.

Incidentally the first footballer to step on to Footy Park was Rick Schubert, father of former North player Shane. He was captain of North ressies at the time.
You're my only friend, and you don't even like me.

Interesting to note out of this game that Clint Alleway from North Adelaide was reported for striking ?

No sure from what incident this was but it may have been when he was repeatedly punching John Griffin in the back when the big fella flew high to take a mark and landed flat on his back, taking a while to get up.

While down on the ground, clearly hurt from the big fall, Alleway, whoi was clearly frustrated, laid a couple of 'jumper punches' into the square of Griffin's back, so not sure if this is what is was for, or something else ?

His hearing will be heard tonight at AAMI from 6.30pm, just after Glenelg's Todd Grima's hearing.

If thats the case, things are really going pear shaped out Prospect way

Hasn't been the same since you abandoned them.

On another note, sad to see a North supporter who has recently swapped over to Centrals. He looked quite happy strutting around in his new Centrals hat and scarf.

That supporter you are referring to is no real loss if you know what I mean TSG :Hangman:
