Yes it was a very clean good game (apart from 1 tool running around in the 2s)
We finally got of to a decent start, and by that i mean not being 6 goals down early in the game and having to play catch up footy for the rest of the day. A couple of good inclusions helped and a few players who had a limited pre season are starting to find a bit of form. Hopefully this will get our season back on track, but very wary of Mitcham this week down there.

Portland VS Para Hills game was pretty ordinary footy, i would have that it would have been a terrible game to watch with the amount of turnovers by both team. flynn sinodias? (spelling) is a star. i thought our CHB did a super job but there were just a few things that were out of his control, and he doesnt miss. did he ever have a crack at a higher levell? also hanson looks like hes going to get better every week as fitness gains, very potent forward line at para hills and when bamford is delivering it to you are capable of kicking some big scored.
thanks to the para hills people for the beers aswell we will make sure we return the favour
Were has Marbles gone and who is Satchel

WTF was the story with Iggies and Seaton ? Do we engrave Iggies name on the cup now and save everyone wasting their time ?

With what i've seen so far this season Iggies are the team to beat, they were superb today & gave Seaton a football lesson.
Gonna be hard to topple.

I did warn u guys at the start of the year about this!!! Joe Pedler is one of the most professional Country/Amature football PEOPLE not just player going around. He commands respect, effort & the best out of every1, and they will be happy to give it to him aswell. Great bloke, even better for what ever club he is at. Pity he left ours

Would love to have a sponsor like Igs have aswell thats paying him, if not for him ( sponsor ) he'd be still at Mypolonga wouldn't he?
He was on a $quid$ with you blokes & don't tell me he wasn't & is now playing for f--- all either.( at Igs )
Good player Joe Pedler no-doubt & as much as Old Igs dominated on saturday Joe Pedler kicked 3 of his 4 goals in the last 7 min on James, i thought James kept him relatively quiet after going on to him start of the 2nd qtr.
Iggies have alot of good strong bodies & focal points.
If Peds had dominated Seaton would of lost by 25 goals!

know peds well and one thing he isnt is a money chaser,he teaches at the school and the offer was made to have some coaching input to the team, was offered huge money elsewhere but decided to give this coaching thing a crack and teaching there helps as well,do your study, and as for portland mouthing off before the season, more talk and bullshit came from parahills and seaton people, should look back over the preseason posts and the big survey at the top

Smosh v mitcham was a good game on sat. mitcham played good footy and will push any side who take them lightly. the first half went mitchams way and smosh probably took the second half.
tucker and quin, were very good for mitcham, as well as number 19 up forward, whitey i think, was a star.

I think you missed my point mate  The club itself will be better for having him around, especially the playing group! As for the money, I would have zero idea what he is on, but if you know Joe, it wouldn't be half of what he could get in the country. The only real reason he was at Mypolonga in the first place was his two brothers, certainly not the coin. We simply dont have it

You wont find a post of mine, or Fisty or Piccachu that has talked up any of our chances this year. Talking sh!t and banter on here are 2 different things too. Saying that, we have been very disappointing so far, but so have a few others. We are notorious slow starters and have a fair bit of work ahead i think.

Now your really talking SH!T maidenmagpie, you show me your survey which proves more bullshit talk came from Seaton.
If you think that table at the top is everyones ridgy didge thoughts on who will win the flag you need serious help.
Seaton named with a higher % is because alot of sides want the pressure put on Seaton not on their own club.

WTF ? You can only vote on it once. 44 people think Seaton will win the flag this year, 15 people think Portland - thats the only thing that poll tells truthfully. Now, im sure there isnt 44 posters on here from Seaton, or 15 from Portland, so that would mean that people who actually have no allegiance to a D3 club have voted. Im sure if people could change their vote now, the poll would be slightly different. Im not sure how the poll can be some kind of conspiracy against Seaton, maybe ask Top End... ;)
