Swung a Central player into the fence holding onto what was a legitimate tackle for too long.

It wasn't perfect but except for some specific decisions was probably the best overall I've seen this year (which wouldn't be hard), actually tried to use some common sense at times which has been uneard of in every other game I've seen this year.
Interesting to see a field umpire escorting his 2 twins around the boundary with Sturt guernseys on!

Nice point made by Mic on the Roost in noting North have the worst percentage in the league (and that includes a flogging of South), how the hell are we 4th?
We've kicked 5 goals in the last 6 quarters of football! :?

I saw that too, was a bit strange.

Umpiring was ok today, one-sided massacres like today seem to be easier to umpire.

Agreed. Most of the frees were there, and one of the best umpired games this year.

Channel 9 suggested he'd get a callup to his AFL team next week based on his hot form in the SANFL today, with some token footage of him selling the dummy to a dogs opponent.

(I believe this says more about channel 9 than it does about your ability to assess the game, cennals05  )

I thought his opponent for most of the day Nash another Power player beat him hands down over the course of the day,but Motlop played like he new he would get back into the Power squad no matter how badly he played!!

Channel 9 must be getting their info from North, I imagine they would be eager to see him back at the Power.....

I thought that We were crap in most of the first half again, simple mistakes, kicking into the opponent far too often, kicking short to a teammate, therefore He has to bend down to take the ball, taking His eyes off the game, kicking wide of Teammate or over the head, maybe it's pressure? The second half it started to become The 'Dogs of old, run, run, run, excellent rebounding goals, some all the way from the last line, a pleasure to watch. Seems like Roy's honest, sometimes brutal assessment to certain Individuals during the week paid off. Can't wait 'til Alberton this Saturday, then the bye, then We get back some quality individuals (if They can get into the side).

James Gowans has just said on the 5AA Show that the spectator tried to grab him and pull him over the fence.
