It's not as though we aren't playing any kids. Imagine the results if Goodwin, McLeod and Edwards weren't playing

Exactly. The buck will stop with young fellas like Davis, Schmidt, Mackay, Vince et al next year. They should learn as much as they can for as long as they can from playing alongside the best there is.

Yeah the 2nd and 3rd year players need to stand up and the 4 and higher year players need to take leadership and responability!

Maybe we just don't have as good of a team as we think we do???
The Crows exceeded expectations (most ppl tipped us to not make finals) and now this season we are expected to finish top 4?? Reality check needed.

I mean really, the Crows do not (yet) have a genuine match winner or someone who can can turn a game of footy off their own boot.
Porplyzia, Dangerfield, Tippett are the closest things we have to a genuine match winner. But they are no where near the same category as a Riewoldt, Brown, Franklin, Ablett etc.

I love grapes. With grapes, you always get another chance. You know, if you have a crappy apple or a peach, you’re stuck with that crappy piece of fruit. If you have a crappy grape, no problem-just move on to the next. ‘Grapes: The Fruit of Hope.
