LOSS 06-20

Broke exactly even, had a poor week eating wise, ate excessively
but counteracted with a big increase in exercise last few days
Need to knock over 3 kilos before the 24/12 deadline
9 days remaining I will do my best.

he is down from 160 kenneth george's to 148 kenneth georges in 5 weeks. Low Fat, No Sugar heathly eating plan... DH can now weigh on standard scales (first time in three years or so)... looks like 100 buckers going M&M foundations way.. :lol:

Final weigh in for me - 75 kg. Sent $50 to Mc&Mc Foundation last week - don't forget that part of the commitment EVERYONE (even the lazy sods who never weighed in).

im stuffed, was in perth last week for a wedding...too scared to hop back on the scales!! we should really keep going after the xmas break - think we will need all the motivation we can get!!
