Both very good bowlers, Eckers did bowl more overs in the second innings but also had a better strike rate and average than McCarthy in 1st innings. Eckers is a gun who loves the coach and the coach loves his sister!! ;) IMO IF had the best attack we faced all year with McCarthy and Goldsworthy having good days.

our attack kept us in games. we were unlucky that Goldie only paid 6 games. Very good footballer who kicked 4 for WWT last week. Can bat to. We needed Frack and our more older statesman in Zappia and Matthews to have better years and only if Stama hadnt busted his leg.

Rose and Crown sounds very appealing for any cricketer next year. It would be about as exciting as playing for no points with Melbourne Storm this season.
