Things just seem to always work out perfectly for Russell.

I don't know how Russell can put up with Courntey and Sandra. They are completely useless. Would be good if they mixed it up and didn't have a merge for awhile yet, but judging from the promo it's coming up shortly.

Holy Crap!! Is this the most dumbest assumption in the history of the show. The heroes think they know what is going on at the Villains camp by assuming the all girl alliance and thus handing over the HII (Hidden Immunity Idol) to Russell!!!! Is this the most stupidest move since James got voted out while holding 2 HII's? This is gonna be a huge merge!! With Parvati holding the other HII wonder how this will all pan out???

Yep, I can't believe they actually did that. Once again the game has unfolded perfectly for Russell. Can't get over how this man does it.

Like he said on day 1 of the Samoa season he is showing everyone how the game should be played and that he is the best player of the game.

He's the best player at the moment, and is providing quality entertainment.

However, part of the game is to get to the end without pissing too many jurors off, and that part Russell won't be able to do, just like Samoa. He'll just blindside too many.

He may make the final three, but I can't see him winning.

Yeah you're right. As the past winners have stated, there is a big social part of the game that isn't always shown after editing. No one would've picked Natalie as a winner last season. Russell played the strategic part of the game the best, but the social part the worst. He will go down as the best "Survivor" but will never win it. My money is on Parvati (again as she won in Micronesia)

Russell's massive ego will be his undoing, as it was last time. He just can't resist gloating when he should be keeping schtum - like Parvady is at the moment.

Is this series in Samoa? I don't remember even hearing it mentioned, but the bridge in the last episode looked the same as where Russell found the idol in the last series.

got a feeling from the preview for next week that for Sandra to save herself she is going to sing like a bird and allign herself with the heroes.

Russell is quality viewing though......

As much as I love Russell I reckon it would be great tv to see him double crossed out of game. Always love to see a tall poppy cut down!

It could be done quite easily, they just have to vote for him without letting him cotton onto it. He keeps the idol in his pocket and it's bye bye Russell.

Yeah they are shooting in Samoa. It is the first time that the production has utilised infrastructure from the last series to cut down on costs. This series started shooting 20days after the other finished. So several landmarks will be the same.

She has to to survive. She will run straight to Rupert and try to get in with him (they know each other from series 7 Pearl islands)

That's where the show falls down IMO. It's outwit, outplay, outlast. Not try not to piss people off or they won't vote for you. Blindsides are brilliant. It's just a shame the jury tend to be vindictive bastards, and not take a step back and realise who actually deserves to win it. Russell's a cocky prick, but he's the best player by a country mile.

Exactly what 90 per cent of the viewing public thought when he won the people's choice award.

The juror system is 100 per cent bull.

Full of self-righteous twats who can't admit they were beaten.

With the show growing in popularity again, maybe it's time for us to do another Aussie version.

Gawd that brings back horrible memories. There has just been a 'celebrity' version in South Africa http://www.mnet.co.za/survivor/
