Was good value last week too with 7 of the 8 winners beating the line.

I reckon it will be the other way around this week with most of the underdogs covering their lines.

Nothing to see here this week.
Only thing that possibly interests me, is backing red-hot fav's at 1-39 in night games- say Stk v Port @ Footy Park.

Swnas v WCE will be interesting- these sides traditionally match up well, & have played out some very close reults.
The present day Swans are flying however, but is this the dreaded round where a few teams get ahead of themselves?

Sydney have won 3 games for the year... against 14th, 15th & 16th that's hardly flying. with that said though, they will beat the 12th ranked team this weekend by 1-39

throw in a loss to St Kilda, where they were not disgraced at all- good spot (pick-up) though.

Sydney 40+ is a moral this week IMO. West Coast are no better than North, especially away from home.

Sydney's form is good, but they have had a dream draw, playing Adelaide/Richmond/North Melb, & now WCE (had they drawn Ess R7, I would've been suss ;) ).
Regardless, winning football is good football- the Swans defense is good, as is there attack, making the 40+ a good proposition with the Swans (no $4 like last week though, & the $2 over 15.5??? ;) ).
The Sydney game looks the safest money maker for those on a drip-system.

Don't like punting on bad teams, but have gone a couple of units on Melbourne +39.5 into North Melbourne +39.5 @ $1.90. Will be nice if the rumours of J Brown and S Mitchell not playing actually come true.

Whats your thoughts on WCE Dutchy?

I reckon they have been pretty horrible and even worse away from home, while Sydney on the other hand have been very strong, even against limited opposition. Don't see them having too many favourible matchups either?

Saints into $3.50 on betfair for the spoon in light of the Storm scandal according to the Age.

CEO of Storm left the Saints 3 years ago and may re-look at Spider Everitt's claims of missing money.
