LM you can tickets cheap off me mate ;)

10:15 start
I assume all players wearing black armbands
Minutes silence before each game
We have got a CD from the RSL that does the whole Anzac day thing from last post to the going down of the sun, which we will blast out before the A Grade
Half time of the A Grade we have mini league
We also do a medal for the club for the most couragous on the day - named after Mick O'Brien who was probably the hardest man I have known and died in a car accident a few years ago - this will be the third year we have done the medal
then presos and kick on into the night with Payney putting the entire Abba collection on the jukebox

I didn't think you could play before midday, obviously I was wrong. Do you have "Dancing Queen" in your jukebox? Payney and I could do a couple of duets.

I think you maybe right LM as Metro West Juniors have shifted their Sunday games to Monday to avoid playing before Midday on the sacred day!!

I'd love to get out and watch the Lodge and Elizabeth if we didn't have a game on Sunday.

I thought you weren't allowed to play before midday? I know our Cs are playing on Saturday instead of 10.15 Sunday.

no reference to dollars intended, bad choice of word. 'big' day for only one of these teams this weekend would have been better.

I hear a certain administrator is harassing a club to give up all their confidential financial info.
Not sure it's part of the job description unless the club is having trouble meeting their financial commitments.

Only one of the clubs pays its players so I guess that only applies to them....In any case thats there own business if it is viable for them to reward their players for time and committment and risk of injury etc etc.

P.S. This is post number 1000! Do I get a banner or a medal or something?
