Now for something different Ive started Star Trek Academy Collision Course by William Shatner.
Similarly to the recent movie it's about a young Kirk and Spock but is a different story to the movie, I think he wrote it before or at the same time the movie was written.

Thats both a great book and movie, absolutly amazing
