They work, wore one last saturday. The 1k walk home from the footy club only took 30mins, not the customary 1hour :D

I was being a smart ar$e, sorry but I wear one and cop all sorts of ridicule from lots of people and just thought I'd have some fun on you. You know the old story about walking an hour in 60 minutes, or maybe you don't! :oops:
