ha look forward to it!

I'm pretty sure both teams will be too busy trying to win the game for any of that sort of crap to happen.

Well said. Speaking to Barbs sat night heard Berri was having a little trouble clearing the big fella as he signed two year deal with his last club and has only played one year out. Would be a shame for the representitive team as we lack our top ruckman.

I was also speaking to a handy source within the Berri F.C, the big fella will defs be there ready to dominate!

Brown's Well could be struggling to fill a team for first game I hear.
Hope not. They took some big steps forward last year, would be a shame to see them go backwards in 2010.

Browns Well were up at loxton the other month. I must say, watching them play, they did not look upto scratch. Really looked like a c grade team. I dunno what the standard is like in that comp, but they were pretty average.

They will be bottom. They have really struggled over the last 5 or so years.

Yeah I don't know what's going on. I haven't been down to the footy club since last footy season and that's the truth. I've got a lot of more important crap to worry about at the moment. From what I can gather, he should be playing Saturday. I won't be at the game anyway. I have a wedding. Who has a bloody wedding on the first game of footy season??
So you've seen everything have you?

can't see him being able to play Saturday, it's got to get back to pending stage and the they have got another week to clear him. surely if it was going to happen it would have by now, its gone from denied to pending to denied again. somethings not right there

Regarding the Jason Sutherland Clearance

Many different stories getting around,
1. Money owed to the club??
2. Only played 1 year of a 2 year contract??

There isn't too many reasons why you can continue to deny a clearance these days. In this instance you could call it "Restraint of Trade" couldn't you??

Isn't there a way to appeal this at a higher level if they can't get a satisfactory result

If it's contractual, no appeal will stand up otherwise the SANFL appeal process can be used.

Fantastic White Line Fever insert in today's Riverland Weekly.
A big congratulations to all that played a part in organising that.
Certainly has set the standard pretty high IMO.
One disappointing aspect of the RLF articles covered was the fact the RLF CEO didn't mention anything about Waikerie in the article which started on the back page. Is it because Waikerie is 72 kilometres from Renmark as mentioned in the same article???

I think he's referring to the interview in the actual paper, not the booklet. I think during the interview with Beechy, he mentioned that Waikeire had no recruits, so they didn't put that in. It's no big deal anyway. Get over it Stun ;)
