PLAYED FOOTY WITH CUBBY AND CRICKET AGAINST HIM.very funny man and good cricketer who can play footy. payneham have undies who does hit a big ball and they have heeps, mosey, sam ellicot. woodville rechs have southam and duffett. pooraka have stu ellicott and cubby who was a pooraka jnr and richo who retired a couple of years ago, they would of liked carter but he gave it away totally. prossies would like these boys with them and i believe jeff vaughan is going to hope valley we at ingle farm thought we nearly had him.

Bulldogs, the Duffett you mention here wouldn't be Steve Duffett would it. Last played for Tod River CC, & Tasman CC before that, both in the Port Lincoln Cricket Assoc.? If so, very handy bat, can hit a ball, & very hard!

Bystander, the duffett i was talking about is steves brother. Played with steve at the ingle farm c.c in the late 80s early 90s was a good bat and had many of a after game ale with steve. we won a A2 flag in 89-90 played 6 yrs at the club before moving to roxby. is he still at lincoln? a few guys stay in contact with him had a legend of a step father in peter wang.

As far as i know Steve left town 2 maybe 3 years ago, not sure where to tho, i'll ask the Tod River boys, 1 of them is bound to know.

gees, those names take me back (only 6 or so years but still). those guys are passed it now to play consistent a's and b's at prossie but would have been good in teh c's and d's to bring the kids in...the kids at prossie now are flying blind...unfortunately the club is lacking a bit of talent and was poorly handled a few yeasr ago when these guys plus about 6 or 7 quality young guys leaving. Some bad blood had to be kicked out but it was all too late to keep the talent around.

i played with paul duffet aswell, loved a beer and extremely talented...wore a funny wrist watch too

these days, we cant even win a ******* game.
