Bays were terrible, cant believe it was only 39 pts in the end, didnt want it today.

Well played Sturt.

That was the smallest "big" screen Ive ever seen in my life, about 10% of the crowd could actually see anything on it...

Oh yeah and surprise surprise Hinge didnt play, why the hell did Sturt name him Thursday night when Glenelg knew on Wednesday he was out?

The Bays worst game for a year and lucky not to lose by 15 goals.

Only highlight of the game was the Sturt trainer running the length of the field to catch the stray dog on the field.

Sturt played OK but the Bays were absolutely woeful ... good to get a shocker like that out of the system early.

Rather than Hinge being afraid to face his old side... looks like Glenelg were afraid to face Sturt as a whole! :-)

I thought it was a superb performance by the Blues. They had no game plan and no application against South, they fixed the application but still had a poor game plan against North, today they got both right and when the match was there to be won, they smashed the Tigers with 7 goals in the second term to take a stranglehold of the game. To be fair though, I thought the Tigers really fought it out and while they did get a couple of cheap goals late in the final term, I felt they continued to apply themselves to the task hoping something would happen.

So overall, very pleased with Sturt and it certainly makes me feel they are back on track somewhat. Back this up with a win against Torrens next week and I'll be looking forward to that Doggies match at Elizabeth.

As for the Tigers, obviously not their best match, but like the Blues, they are not far off a much better performance, so I still expect them to be thereabouts come the majors in September.

Yep, the hard bodies of players like Cubillo, Vassal and Nelson ensured that we smashed them in the stoppages, the likes I haven't seen playing against them in recent years.

To make all the ducks nuts or snouts louts or whatever you want to call them post silly comments on here. Hingey is smiling :)

It would be good to get a decent turnout of Sturt supporters at the ANZAC Day match but I don't think it will happen...prove me wrong!!!...

You can take the boy out of Salisbury...but you can't take Salisbury out of the boy!

As for every other Sturt supporter...
