i would have thought the two teams who were promoted must have seen thru it. then you have at least 4 new coaches in the grade,so perhaps a couple of them may also work it out.Div 6 footy and game plans are usually worked out by teams with more good players perhaps

good points mate espicially about the players but like you know yourself coaching thru the lower divisions,to many coaches forget what is available to them,watch to much foxtel and think they are coaching in the afl.i know i made these mistakes in my first years but quickly found out what i had,who i was with and more importantly discovered to my horror that i was not that sharp.
i must admit that coaching against yourself and a couple of others soon showed me my limitations and the limitations of the club
