Never thought I'd see the day he left Gums but maybe he has had enough of all the ferals invading his Football Club.

I've tried driving aimlessly through the hills but that hasn't worked and dad's directions are so bad that i'm surprised he made any games.

who are they part of now and whereabouts would the ground actually be?

cheers

Club Timeline:
1956-57 - Torrens Valley F.L. (Lenswood participated)
1967 - Hills FL Northern Zone (Founding Club)
1968-71 Hills FL Northern Zone (Lenswood Participated)
1972 - Hills FL Div 4 (Lenswood Participated)
1978-79 - Hills FL Div 2 (Back to Back Premiers)
1983 - Hills FL (Merged with Ashton to form Eastern Rangers)
1996 - Hills FL Div 1 (Merged with Uraidla to form Uraidla Districts)

Oval is the Swamp Road one. Old members were tryin to reform and enter a Hills C grade team under Swamp Gully Football Club, no luck so far

cheers for that - i know who to vaguely watch the results of now.

What do you know another stereo-type based opinion from someone who has nothing to do with the club

Who is the C Willis I keep reading about? Does he coach and play A's/B's what?
Why does his name keep getting bought up randomly?
Is he wanted as the new A grade coach over PC?

ROUND 1 - April 10th
Echunga Vs Torrens Valley - I think this will tell how far ahead Torrens Valley are (Echunga around the mark again I would think) But Torrens Valley is my pick here.
Nairne Vs Callington - Nairne by a fair few (hopefully callington have improved for the comps sake)
Gumeracha Vs Meadows - Both teams look to have either recruited or people returning should be a close game with Gums just getting over the line!
Kangarilla Vs Macclesfield - Another close one I would think seeing the recruiting both teams have done over the summer. Maccy to get home by a slim margin.
Kersbrook Vs Sedan/Camb - Kersbrook by a fair few again, be interesting to see how Sedan goes against last years premies.

C Willis will skip Kangy A grade as I hear the Crows have head hunted him as a Tacticle advisor

And please leave PC alone, he needs 3 milk crates to stand on and does not have a complex

Any news on Steven Raidis heading back to Kangy this year, it looks like his health is on the rise, SuggerDaddy your response?

you'd have steven raidis's number on speed dial anyway though wouldnt you topnotch?

give crichton time, hes like a fine wine and will only get better with time

willis will most likely stick to coaching in the junior ranks for the time being...

What was the problem re 'no luck'? Was it lack of players or lack of HFL co-operation re entering 'C' Grade? You would think they should be glad of any team wishing to participate. I have been trying for some time to find out how many teams (if any) are in a 'C' grade, or if there will be one. I have heard Milang Panthers want to do this also. Nothing in the Courier and apparently the HFL programme is out. Does anyone know the state of things in this regard?

As far as i know the HFL and current clubs rejected there nomination for last season, but were happy for them to reapply for this coming season. Havent heard anything more and how they have gone with this.

There is a 'C' Grade this year. 7 teams in all. Mt. Barker, Uraidla, Blackwood, Milang, Mt. Torrens. Can't remember the other 2 teams. I think they kick off on April 16th.

What about Ironbank, Onkas, Mt Lofty and Handorf? Surely these clubs would be fielding a C grade?

Yes Banker, the other 2 teams come from the clubs you suggested, but I can't remember which. I think it's Mt Lofty and Hahndorf. The info re C Grade came to me via reliable heresay.
Owen/Sherrin, are you out there to settle this for us? Some info via the Courier or this site would be appreciated as not all of us want to play for sheep statiions. Cheers.
