HOGG PREMIER LEAGUE 2010 Image

Greetings. With lockout a mere two weeks away I thought it was time to make a thread for the different Hogg divisions. With a possibility of seven divisons this year the one thread for the entire Hogg it would be massive so I hope I'm not making life difficult for the mods here.

Hogg Premier League has been filled. Here is a list of the teams in alphabetical order (Coaches in brackets).

Boxheads Beauties (The Real Number 3, safooty.net)
Brown Nosed Fev (SBJAC, safooty.net)
Buddy and the Boys (Parko, Qld)
Darcy DTF (darcytraynor, WA)
Darksiders_SCE (Reuban, WA)
DunKzKrew (Duncs, safooty.net)
FOOTY LEDGENS (Cub, Qld)
GordonBlue (Gordon, Vic)
Hawkeye (Woggy, Qld)
Mr Football (Pup, safooty.net)
Poon Army (Hammo, Qld)
REBCats (REB, safooty.net, Qld)
Squeakeroos (jerrykewell, Vic)
the chardy socialists (finn, safooty.net)
The Ginger Ninjas (Gingernuts, safooty.net)
The Quiddites (Quichey, safooty.net)

All teams ready to go except for Pup who has yet to pick his side.

Bum Crack has been pretty cocky this preseason but just like SC grand finals, he's coming second again. Reigning Premier 'Darksiders SCE' has made Cracker appear modest in the extreme on the AFL Online forum and in my BigFooty PM box. Rueben is part of the SuperCoach Elite league which finished second in Australia.

It's time to take this bloke down a peg!

ROUND ONE
League Ranking 490

1 REBCats 2,356
2 darcy DTF 2,351
3 Boxheads Beauties 2,277
4 Darksiders SCE 2,275
5 The Quiddities 2,241
6 GordonBlue 2,202
7 Squeakeroos 2,150
8 FOOTYLEDGENS 2,140

9 Brown nosed Fev 2,113
10 Hawkeye 2,061
11 The Ginger Ninjas 2,052
12 Poon Army 2,047
13 Chicky's Crusaders 2,016
14 dunKsKrew 1,928
15 chardy socialists 1,907
16 Buddy&TheBoys 1,761

Plenty of coaches cashing on the Freo bonaza and it looks like Hawker Buddy and the Boys and perhaps Hawkeye copped a donut while Franklin sat in the stands against the Dees. A top 500 ranking for Hogg Premier represents a giant leap forward for Hogg kind.

Last year the values were set for the first 3 weeks, meaning you could burn a trade or two on a cash cow before their price jumped. Is that happening again this year??

Barlow will probably never crack 150 again but could be a regular ton man which makes him a trade target. If you haven't got him yet get him before he gets on the bubble because he looks to be the prime cash cow for Season 2010.

S Selwood pulled a 0, had no backline emergency and still posted a good score. Good start to the season :D
