Central - 2.3 = 15

Port - 2.2 = 14

Not a bad crowd, bit of a guestimate, would think about 5,000 ???

QUARTER TIME @ ELIZABETH

Central - 4.5 = 29

Port - 2.2 = 14

GOAL KICKERS:

Central - I.Callinan 1, T.Goodrem 1, R.Henderson 1, J.Gowans 1

Port - B.Mercer 1, J.Erskine 1

Doug Oakley mentioned late in the call from that opening first quarter that the crowd seemed to build up a little bit there as the quarter went on...

Perhaps 6,000 isn't out of the question, would think it is easily 5,000 at the moment, great atmosphere here at Elizabeth.

i thought secret groups were a thing of the past, well not on websites anyway

Luke Habel kicks his first goal in league football then hands one to Eddie Sansbury who goals on the run...

Dogs win resulting centre clearnace to go forward again and get a 3rd goal in as many minutes, Dogs breaking away...

Ian Callinan gets his 2nd after marking deep in attack and taken to the goal square after a 25m penalty, kicks truly of course...

19 minute mark of 2nd term...

Central - 7.6 = 48

Magpies - 2.5 = 17

Central 8.7
Port 3.7

half time here at hamra. Port have been good in their endeavour, but skills and decision making has let us down badly. We should have converted at least 2 of our chances early in the scone. As a result the doggies are well in control at half time.

Central are a well drilled, well skilled side and port have paid dearly for every mistake.

Hopefully we can turn it around in the 2nd half.

Harder, summerton and mercer have been good for port. Centrals have been good all over the park with mckenzie dominating.
