Correct both Jason and Harry coming back to play B Grade with some old junior team mates. Both only interested in playing B grade.

Haven't heard much about Imps, Mypo or Jervois' recruiting

Pretty much spot on Goldy, Imps i believe didnt pik anyone up, (dont really need too).
Mypo i believe didnt get anyone this year, just the return of the Eckermann boys from injury and Sturt.
And as for Jervois i dont believe they picked up many or any players.. Just lost them all :)

I heard they cant afford it with the blokes they got there already 8)

There has been some talk around the club about it , but I am fairly confident he is injured at the moment, that is all.

Ill think u will find that Rhys Bullard might head out to the mallee...
However, Zakk Bullard is the assitant coach of the 17s, and a superstar for Mannum, a club he lives and breathes for

Spoke to zakk last night, he has signed a clerance and is playing for Karoonda as he was not happy with mannum.
Karoonda coin also helped the cause.

Anyone hear about the rambler and or tailem trials.
Mypo lost to nairne 12.10 to 10.8
from reports the best players were Harrowfield, A eckermann and youngster Scott Davis.
Goalkickers were spread with Martin and Robinson kicking multiple goals

Meningie beat Myponga pretty easily yesterday by 8ish goals. Had a few out with Benbow and Rossi not playing.

From reports played a lot better than the week before in the trial v BDT

Drew,
when you say Zak not happy what about? The fact Mannum wouldn't match the money Karoonda are offering a 16yo kid or the fact that he need train and play consistantly to keep his spot. What was his main issue with being unhappy at Mannum? Plenty of disappointed people from Mannum who actually understand Zac going to Karoonda for such a financial incentive. Not sure if it is Zac's reason but we have had a couple great kids go to clubs because there are no guarrantees of a spot, but they dont go to stronger clubs to prove themselves, they have drifted to weaker sides to make it easier. Still cant see any reason to change the requirement that blokes have to earn their A grade spot.

Haven't played footy against the lad, but having played cricket against him I imagine the $$$ would've spoken volumes. And also going to play in an easier league as the kid rates himself, but like his brother can be a fair bit of a sook...

Massive loss for the future for Mannum though.... Was a really good player for them last year...

Unbelievable to say he was unhappy.... one of the better junior players in the league last year, played in an A Grade GF... doesn't make sense....

Can't agree with him being a sook Mr Willy (that name scares me somewhat), I am sure we would take the red nutted terrior back tomorrow but can't disagree with anything else you posted, pretty much around the mark.
Pretty sure he would have pissed a few older players off with his young aggression and will do well at the league he has chosen to play at.

Goldberg....you are correct on Bruno and Ben Noske for Meningie, but not Pollock....still at North Reserves and 99% going to return to TTG if he leaves there....Hopefully he gets a crack at League for his sake though!! :)
