Agreed certainly not the type of player you would want as a so called "recruit" however i dont know the bloke or the circumstances of his suspensions so time will tell i suppose how he behaves whilst playing in the hills

A leopard doesn't change his spots. As evident in a recent trial game.

correct me if im wrong but havnt they also got a coach serving a life ban. the one and only thompson from central united!

I think you should all get over it the exact same topic came up this time last year so its all old news

Old news? I reckon the signing of one of the Creek lads is new news.

One would think that enough has been said about the supposed "culture issue" at Gumeracha. FWIW its a load of garbage as all the fellas there are good blokes a minority of whom admittedly have made silly decisions on the footy field. Get over yourselves guys and find another topic to rehash over again and again.

Did Daryl Pearce play for Henley? Kersbrook are not sitting the bar high with trial game's!

Daryl played on Saturday cos the Sharks were extremely short, but I'm sure if he intends to do that all season.

Brett James doesn't believe in a lot of footy things i.e. trial games, training before xmas and running laps at training. Then again I spose he's got a rough idea what he's doing (2008/2009 Premiers).

Kersbrook knocked back an offer of a trial game with Christies Beach because they were worried about getting hurt.

Think you're on the money here. Brett James has played with and against some tough blokes before - Archer, Carey, Gav Brown, Voss, but when he heard of the legendary toughness down Christies Beach way, he didn't want to put his charges up against them.

why did these players who left this year actually leave? im very confident it was not for money... a jamien stringer had a meeting with the coach and then decided to move to strath. dont think you can put that one on past coaches or other clubs

reckon its rough to blame corey smelt or wayne stringer for the shape the list is in. most players who played last year at kangarilla are there still with two or three reasonably adept inclusions. might not set the world on fire but will do some damage in the country comp

Incorrect ..Stringer was gone before he had an interview with the coach he cam to the interview to tell the club he was leaving
Incorrect again!!! No clg player has been approached to play at kangarilla
Who cares anyway
