Ruck
Christie
Midfield
Taylor, Spencer,Stelzers x 2 (would have 2 be 1 of the strongest going around?)
Forwards
Commane, Moore, Lister, James, Schwartz (fairly strong Forward line)
Defence
Sharp, Kent, Jenkins and Angus (solid defence)

Think they might be around the mark and i know a few of the boys are determined to stop Tanunda from emulating their feats of 3 consecutive GF s and 2 flags

Thin down back, doubts on Sharp/ Angus, Angus less then 10 games in 3 years many soft tissues injuries....both Ambers should be in that list, go well
will finish 4 to 6, OK on field, Basket case off...

Your thoughts Ruben

Stay tuned QV for some news on a few signings that might surprise you. I understand there's still a little cash left over in the kitty and the doggies are pretty keen to spend it. That "Basket case off " scenario as you put it... might change pretty quickly with some on field success. :)

Must be soon Ruben, can you tell John to hurry I can't hold my breath any longer, go ahead and surprise me

I see on the YP league forum that David Kellett had joined Moonta, he had an interesting time of it in the BLG...

Don't think he signed at Moonta yet, looking at Brahma Lodge this week.

Starting to build a resume.
Any chance new boys on the block Roger Ramjet or Seelander can lure him back to the BL&G.
At this rate, he will have more clubs than Tiger Woods at the end of his career.

Has Angaston lost a recruit before the season has started , I see on the Sportingpulse clearances website that clearnce for Matthew Duldig is cancelled , this will leave a hole if true as I had heard he was to be key forward target for the Panthers this season. Anyone know if this is true ?

He has many idiosyncrasies, similar to the great Ivan Silvy.
After pimping his name around last year, he played in SGFL, then later decided to return to GC when his side was getting mashed.
That being said, I can’t imagine him hanging around CG, as they will spend some time at the foot of the table.

Nicklaus went to Sollies in Pirie with another GC player but Im pretty sure he finished that year despite his mate leaving and he may have even played again last year for them.

Speaking to Coach Hadden today, no reason to think otherwise Gilligan.
Duldig dominated in an internal trial last week.
I see the website showed that it was cancelled on 12th February.
Nobby probably ticked the wrong box.

Has Phil Bennett been out on the track for Angaston yet; while 'digger' will get all the hype 'benno' will kill the pig in his shadow!!

Bennett has been a regular figure out on the track.
Looks to be a very handy incluson at pantherland.
Will hold down CHB, with some pinch hitting in other key positions.

Thats good to hear, while it wouldve been good to have both him and digger at Millicent; benno was very popular amongst the boys seniors & thirds.

Osama

Are the Ango boys starting to get a bit of a speed wobble mate?

Brad Hughes- gone
Ben Klemm- retired
Craig Harvey- injured for season
and another setback is on the horizon, with Peter Argents love child being closely looked at for higher honours after recent performances which could see him earning the big bucks for a few hours work, i believe this is around finals time.

All of a sudden the much touted depth doesnt run so deep and those that took the 2/1 on offer in december are spewing now they have drifted to a 6/1 chance

Tanunda/barossa gf me thinks

I heard the result of the trial & it just proved to me the standards between the SAAFL & the BL&G Footbal League is miles apart & increasing.
