Someone my dad worked with had three kids including a set of twins, and she didn't want any more because the twins were such a handful, but her husband didn't believe in tubal ligation or vasectomy - so she got pregnant again and this time it was triplets. I think he changed his mind after that.

Rather obvious i wasn't thinking that twins were a possibility. It was nice of the family to inform us of the family history of twins on both sides once we knew we were having them .

Must admit, your story had me shit-scared when the missus went for her ultra-sound ... Having 2 under 2 is going to be handful enough, but 3 under 2 would have been a nightmare!!

could be worse, we know a couple who had 5 under 5 - yep had 2 and then triplets!

Yeah i know it could be worse but it doesn't make it great for me now though.

I feel sorry for those who have triplets but also have a great deal of respect for them. We have had to make many sacrifices, that is meant to be a whinge, having the twins but i can only imagine having triplets there are so many more.

Last week I ordered at Maccas and it took about 15 minutes for them to get my order to me.

When it finally arrived the girl said "sorry about the wait"

The first one ain't so bad; a loud "no thanks" with a smile does the trick.

But having run the gauntlet of 5 or 6 of the pr!cks, each of whom has seen you decline cards from the drones further ahead yet still tries to force their own cards into your maw, it takes some effort to say "no thanks" rather than "STICK IT UP YER JACKSY".

Don't get me started on the a**eh***s working inside the polling places... They're either direly incompetent or overly officious. Or both.
