They struggled a bit, it was a Thursday night game and a long way from home. They had some promising signs though, lots of talented kids and a couple of taller blokes worked well around the ground.

Thought I would have a crack

25/10 - Plympton - 2 prelims in a row means they can play at this level
3/1 - Adelaide Lutheran - always go well when they come down plus massive injection of players
35/10 - Elizabeth - have picked up massive recruits from South Gawler & Big Ben returning
4/1 - Hope Valley - quality and stable side which should improve again from last year
5/1 - Brahma Lodge - picked up a lot of guys from Salisbury West which has improved the depth although lack of a ruckman may hurt as the season unfolds
7/1 - Smithfield - quality player as coach who has bought some talent with him
7/1 - Hectorville - quality side who providing can add to theri squad will be around the mark
10/1 - North Haven - very quite and have not set the recruiting stakes on fire as yet
10/1 - Rosewater - have lost a third side which could mean loss of depth may be a dark horse
20/1 - Blackfriars - think they may struggle have lost some good players and not sure if recruiting is of the same extent as a lot of the other clubs - will be very competitve though

Gee you're a bit of a tightarse there EM, someone once told me that you wouldn't shout, even if a shark bit you.
I think Blackfriars & Rosies would be shorter than North Haven and the Valleys somewhere around where you have Heccies.

thats because I would charge the shark to bite me ;)
I thought I would have a crack at doing a market for a bit of fun - if I was really tight probably from Hope Valley through to Blacks I would have at 7/1 field as I think injuries and depth will determine who misses out on finals

Shit odds for plympton, unless thats the quotes for who's gonna come third.

Surely 2 weeks out from the season proper you couldnt have any side under 3s.

Honestly fella's, I too looked at a couple of the predictions and nearly posted something untoward. It's not worth getting sh!tty over, remember what page it was on and quote it later on in the season. Nostradamus wouldn't be able pick accurately this grade for this season, most of the rumours on here are bullsh!t anyway, roll on the season and see who's going to be good and who isn't.
