just gone home from the game (went home via Melton trots :D )

Was a good game and can really take something out of this..
Judd / Murphy / Gibbs all v our 2nd stringers and I felt we held our own..

The good
Cook / Petrenko / Armstrong were terrific today...
These kids really showed us something and should be seriously considered for Round 1...
Tippett is a gun and both Truck and Bocky moved really well...
Dangerfield was amazing in some of the things he did both half back and in the middle..
Skills in general... they were reasonable clean and picked the Carlton Zone apart..

Now to the not so good..
Rowdy didn't move all that well, was a bit sluggish and looked a yard slow
Jacky.. doesn't deserve to be a water boy let alone an AFL / SANFL footballer
The umpiring.. felt like there were 500 free kicks and everytime the game was starting to evolve, they stepped in.. badly over umpired and really wasn't enjoyable to watch - I hope the rest of the season isn't like that!!
Port Power has 16 years history at Football Park...

The Port Magpies have 40 years history and the two shall never be confused or combined
