Yeah well said.

What dissapoints me is Sugar-daddy's comments... he was chasing our local Tailem lad like crazy in the off season, then keen to run him down when he doesn't even know what went down. And Smelty isn't a favourite out at Tailem, but I know the young lads like Dylan, Gregurke, O'connell's always say he was an okay coach.

And as for Drew. Mr Petrie is a kid on here talking himself up and his comments are nothing to take notice of.

The poor lad I know fairly well as he's played a lot of footy with my sons, and I do really feel for him. He's a talent and now a captain at 19/20 and has had to put up with a lot. 1 incident was caused only caused cause he got made captain and the other was completely random and the young lady he was with said he didn't even have time to do anything, except try and defend her.

People are getting abit carried away baised on his on field persona. His Josh Carr/Nathan Buckley-like in-your-face style... but at the end of the day the kid is a tough footballer and a talent.

He reminds me of why I hate Ty Burkett of Jerovis so much... but I respect his game none the less.

I'm going to trek down to Tailem to watch the Eagles train to see if I can find out the latest, but here's to a speedy recovery. Hopefully I can spot Matt Cooper out there.

Just looking at the clearances list for the Mallee league I noticed Muffy has now been cleared to Karoonda.

Also noticed:

Border Downs Tintinara River Murray Football League Olsen, Steven Approved

River Murray Football League Murrayville Rosenzweig, Josh Pending 11/03/10

Peake & District Football Club River Murray Football League White, Joe Approved 02/02/10 15/02/10

Peake & District Football Club River Murray Football League Hartmann, Nick Approved

Anyone know which clubs in the RMFL these blokes are leaving/being cleared to?

Well you might notice i was asking which RMFL club they've either left or are being cleared to, as the Mallee League clearances don't list the RMFL club.

Just wondering if anyone could tell me what's better out of the Riverland footy league or River Murray? Noticed that Mannum had a win against Barmera on the weekend but what indication that could have for their upcoming season? if any?

Very even comps, probably the depth that gets the RMFL over the line. Nothing between the top 6-8 players at each club

agreed, both sides gunning for September action, from what I saw Mannum will be right up there, excellent pressure - Chris Hall surely early season medal favourite
