Mr Beefy wrote:It seems a little unclear to me. The APPS doco says:

A player who has played a majority of matches in a Category One League in the previous season - three (3) additional points will be allocated.
A player who has played a majority of matches in a Category Two League in the previous season – two (2) additional points will be allocated.
D. SAAFL Players
Any player who has played a majority of matches in the “A” grade team of another Member Club within SAAFL in the previous season – one (1) additional point will be allocated.

This seems to me to say that if they are from say a Div 1 club (category One league) they are worth 3 additional points, + 1 more if they played a majority of A Grade . However, largely irrelevant given it's a 3 year trial.

Cat D is for all SAAFL to SAAFL clearances so you then ignore A - C - you need to read it in conjuction with the opening statement that all players have a point allocation of zero - so if you are then a Cat D you add one point - therefore all SAAFL to SAAFL are 1 pointers
Hope that has cleared it up :D

So if the logic is div 1 players are only 1 point and players from Barossa are 3 points. I can see some lower clubs paying massive $$$$$$$$ to div 1 players.

Please name some lower clubs that can afford massive $$$$ Loveto
The Lodge doesnt have any to offer as you have taken the entire budget of $20k per week in your weekly payments

I think that figure is a little wrong. I'm not taking a cut for nobody. You know it's $10k per effective kick. Club should save heaps this year.

I doubt the big fella could ever 'lose' it with the amount of talent he possesses! Im sure he would be looking forward to his battle with Makris when the Lodge take on the eagles!!
