Haha SECRET internal trial??? That's laughable, since when are there secret's in the Hills league? I think you will find that Onkas had arranged a trial against Morphetville Park who cancelled the night before and a change of venue etc was required. Their will however be a closed session on Wednesday night. We can't give away all of our secrets.

Any news on the new Onka recruits ? I'm told we've got a number of new players, but who are the ones to look out for ?

IMO there should be submissions from each club prior to the fixture being created, then it is issued and that is it. Any critical errors can be fixed but why leave it open to clubs to debate? Things drag out and people setting the draw have nothing to gain from that.

I also believe the HFL is a relatively well run organisation, however the true strength of the league comes from us being the closest 'country' league to town which enables us to draw from more quality players and maintain more clubs than we otherwise would if we relied purely on locals.

How's it 'rich' coming from me? I didn't say a word about Ironbank after our b grade disqualifications. We played players that were ineligible. End of. Our problem. I guarantee it will be fixed. But if you think we spend our time worrying what Ironbank does/thinks, you're sadly mistaken because we couldn't give a rats.

As for the fixture being set, what you've said is how it happens. Clubs submit their requests, the fixture is drawn up. The HFL gets everone's input, it's taken on board and then a final draw is released.

Sure not everyone will be pleased, but it's a fair process and there is certainly no bias or favourites.

Incorrect again. We were forced to negotiate with Hahndorf to play one another under each of our lights as we were the two clubs with new lights and other clubs were not willing to play under them. This is very poor from Lofty and Blackwood considering we have played them under their lights (3 times for Lofty, 1 for Blackwood). The big sticking point with Lofty was the ANZAC day clash as I understand - would seem more than fair that it was our turn to hold it having played it twice against Lofty under lights.

Personally not a big fan of night games anyway. Two against either Hanhdorf or Blackwood would do.

Process seemed to have been not quite so... 'fair'.
Night games generate more income for the home club and the home ground advantage is doubled.
The HFL should be rewarding clubs that get lights fitted.
For the record, the lighting at IB is better than lofty was last year.

You are so wide of the mark with that bit that it's not even worth arguing.

Ignore.

Speaking of helmets, nice of you to still post occasionally. Missing the banter between you and penis legs. Keep this form up and you will be refused entry at Thunder park!

AF I think you will find that Mr J may have been temporarily muzzled either by his club or (i know this may be a longshot) his "conscience" for some ridiculous comments on here over the off season... not at all surprised if you know the bloke hey!

Stay tuned for the bite :D

Well here it is you pair of parasites - AF & 2O2S

AF you try and stop me entering the dome - you can"t touch this as MC Hammer would say
All I was saying is that you are full of it to the eye balls and always have been. Too many left over schnitzels eaten and not enough brain food.

As for you 2O2S, you just worry about putting your left penis leg before your right penis leg to save falling over and cutting your chin.

AF wipe your chin and leave Mt Lofty alone, they never do anything wrong! If they do there is always a reason for it!
